The activation code protects you from unauthorized access to the funds on your WM ID purses should your secret keys file (*.kwm), purses file (*.pwm) or password be stolen by someone who cannot access your e-mail address a new activation code is sent to.
This is how it works: WM Keeper bundles itself with the computer it was installed on. To re-activate it, you will be sent a new code to the e-mail address you registered with WM. When you enter the code, you will authorize WM Keeper to use your WMID on this computer. If you are using a different computer and WM Keeper will not start with your ID, a new code will be sent to your e-mail address. Enter it to active WM Keeper on this computer.
You can only enter the same code once. The very concept is for the code to be a unique combination every time you use it. (i.e. if a new code is requested, then a new activation code will be generated and sent to your registered e-mail address). Check your e-mail.
Automated messages may be intercepted by mailing system spam filters. If you don’t receive your new code, write us at support@wmtransfer.com and we will e-mail a new code personally to you.
Make sure you e-mail from the address you registered with WM and include your WM-ID.
