When you change your computer system configuration, Keeper Classic will request a new activation code. The server will generate a new code that will be sent to the e-mail address you registered with WM.
This is an additional protection from unsolicited access to your purses. If you lost your e-mail login or password information and cannot check your e-mail to receive the new code, you should do the following:
- Start by trying to restore your access to the e-mail account, if possible. Even if the automated code delivery didn’t work for you, we can e-mail you your code personally upon request.
- If you cannot restore your access to e-mail, then send us a message from any other e-mail address to support@wmtransfer.com or support@webmoney.ru. In your e-mail include the following information:
---------------------------
1) Why you are writing, e.g.: "I lost my WM registered e-mail account login/password. Here are the details of my WM registration: ..." (Mandatory).
2) Your WMID (Mandatory).
3) Last time you signed in to WM (The best you remember).
4) IP-addresses and ISP you used.
5) Your passport information (if you used them on the verification center website).
6) Your old activation codes.
---------------------------
You will receive a new activation code and a reminder to change your e-mail address in the software settings, provided you submit sufficient information. However, be prepared for additional questions about your WebMoney registration. For example, you may be asked to send a scanned copy of your passport.
If you submit insufficient information, you maybe be prompted to verify your WMID ownership according to the established procedure.
Thus, loss of WM registered e-mail is equivalent to the loss of your file with WM Keeper keys.
