This message means you enabled IP blocking on https://security.wmtransfer.com. However, your IP has changed and cannot be found in the list of IP approved by you.
When enabling IP blocking, a user provide his or her IP-address (or range of IP-addresses) and e-mail address. When IP blocking is enabled Web Money Keeper Classic will only start on computers with IP-addresses within the approved range.
When you attempt to connect on a blocked IP, an e-mail is sent to your address with unblocking instructions. The e-mail will have «Blocked IP security notification» in the subject line.
If you receive a notification that your IP is blocked and you don't receive an e-mail, then do the following:
1) Make sure you are checking the e-mail address you used for your WM registration, check your other e-mail accounts.
2) It is also possible that the e-mail with unblocking instructions was intercepted by your spam filter and you cannot see it in the inbox. In this case try connect WM Keeper another 2-3 times and check your e-mail accounts. This e-mail is sent every time the error message is displayed.
3) You might have mistyped your e-mail address when enabling IP-blocking.
If you have tried everything above and still can’t resolve the problem, contact us with details of your situation at support@wmtransfer.com or support@webmoney.ru.
Please, if you haven’t lost your registration e-mail, write us from its address.
If you cannot remember it, then you use any e-mail address.
But please provide all possible options for the e-mail address you might have used for IP-blocking.
