When you save your keys file, you make up your own special password called "Access code". This is what the dialogue box to create your password looks like:

( In versions 2.4.0.1 through 2.4.0.3 it is called "a backup copy password")
This password has nothing to do with WM Keeper sign-in and, (attention!) unlike the WMID login password, is created locally and not registered in the WM server logs. This means we cannot help you restore it because we simply do not know it. Roughly speaking, you might as well archive your file with keys and password-protect it. If you forget the password for the archive and have no other copy, then it is the same as you don’t have the file in the archive.
Consequently, to regain control of the purses you will have to follow through the keys recovery procedure.
