Other browsers are also supported, however, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you have a problem, try resolving it with Internet Explorer before configuring other browsers.
Check your Internet Explorer settings. Enable scripts (scenarios) and ActiveX for these URL.

If the above does not help, you can manually download and install ActiveX required for WM-authorization. Save this file http://download.webmoney.ru/wmacceptor.dll
to a folder on your PC (for example: Windows/System32), start MS DOS prompt and enter the path for the file and execute the following command: regsvr32 WMAcceptor.dll .
