No, this is forbidden by bank regulations and internal WM Policy.
HOWEVER, if this rule is viloated orshould any conflict arise or the payment become lost in the banking system (although undelivered wires are traced) we cannot help when the sender of the bank remittance and the holder of the purse are different people.
Communication between a purse holder and Webmoney is always via the internal WM mail. For cases such as the above, the holder cannot provide us the transaction as they did not personally wire the money, and consequently we CANNOT investigate it.
We can only guarantee your transfer will reach your purse if YOU are the sender.
When you top-up your purse by a bank remittance, you ACCEPT an AGREEMENT that implies only you will top-up your purse, since the agreement is made solely by you.
