During the registration the system suggests you export your passport to a file. If you have saved it to a file (*.pfx or *.p12 extension), then install it onto the new computer. If you do not have the file, then you can create it as described below.
If you can access your purses, then the appropriate personal certificate is installed in your browser. The certificate can be exported and saved to a file. After you re-install your system (or change your computer) you will have to install the certificate from the file. You can also see the two processes illustrated here:
export procedure and
import procedure
However, you may encounter the following problems:
1) Your certificate has been installed in your browser without the possibility of further export to a file. This option is displayed during the certificate import. In this case you cannot export your certificate. We recommend you get a new WM-ID and transfer your funds to its purses.
2) Be careful when you are prompted to make up and enter your password during the export. If you forget it, we will not be able to help you retrieve your certificate from the browser. This password is similar to an archive password and has nothing to do with the system; therefore, we will not know it.
