On light.wmtransfer.com, if there is a message instead of your purses that reads "A client's certificate is required to access LIGHT.WMTRANSFER.COM", then please refer to the instructions below. This message means you do not have a personal certificate. Follow the instructions on the page.
First make sure that HTTPS is enabled. Follow the link

If the page is not displayed, then the problem is either with your browser settings or port 443 is closed (this port is necessary for an HTTPS connection).
Guidelines to set up Internet Explorer
If changing the setting does not help, contact your ISP (system administrator). Ask if port 443 is closed and request it be opened.
If https://www.microsoft.com opens and https://light.wmtransfer.com does not, please carry out the following:
