Exchange Transactions

All you need in order to make a simple exchange transaction is to place an exchange application with a WebMoney exchanger . In this case the system will treat the exchange transaction as a private practice. If it becomes known that the individual who exchanged his/her WM had violated the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Financial Fraud Compliance or any other WM agreements, his/her account will be blocked.

If you want to become a WebMoney authorized exchange agent, you should become verified by an authorized system representative and receive a personal WebMoney passport (WMR and WMU dealers receive it when they sign the agreement. See below). Then they register their URL in the Megastock  catalogue in “Exchangers” section. In the process of registration you will agree with "The conditions for advertising the WM exchanger on WebMoney Transfer websites", indicate the currencies for cash, non-cash and e-currency exchange. 

Only after this your URL will be advertised in the respective sections of WM Transfer websites and your exchanger will be authorized.

To be able to exchange WMR as a WM Transfer dealer you will have to meet the requirements described on dealer.webmoney.ru, provide the necessary information and sign the dealer’s agreement.

Your exchanger’s profit will depend on the tariffs set by you (usually, exchanger owners set a 2-5% commission), as well as on the application processing quality (efficiency)
