Note: WM integration on your URL is absolutely free of charge (you actually register your URL when you register the WMID you will use on the URL). WM technical support will help you in setup the different options to enable reception of payments on your URL. However, the integration is implemented by all resources independently.

Simple (non-automated) integration to receive funds

If you are only starting your business and carry a limited stock of commodities or services with a limited number of transactions, then you can integrate without expanding or reorganizing your business. Just inform your clients on the website, by telephone or any other way of your purse number and what they should include in the transaction comments. You can use the following text to help you post information on your website:

Dear Buyer,

To pay your order (commodity, service, bid, requested information) with the help of WebMoney Transfer, send WMZ X.XX to purse No. NNNNNNNNNN. This is the purse of our online store in WebMoney Transfer. To make the payment, start WM Keeper and right-click on the purse you want to transfer funds from, in the context menu choose “Send WM” -> “To a WebMoney purse”. In the dialog box enter the amount the amount to pay and our purse number, and the comment field write: Payment of ZZZZ order.

Code-protected transfers are not accepted. You payment will be processed within X-minutes and your order will be sent to you (service, account replenishment, URL advertisement, etc). Our WebMoney ID is 000000000000. Thank you.

You can come up with you own text but make sure it has the amount to pay, WM currency (WMR, WMZ, etc) ID and purse numbers, comments with the order number and other details to help match the transaction with the ordered goods or services.

The customer will send funds to your purse and you will deliver the product. Your administrator will verify all incoming transactions and process customers' orders (send paid orders to the delivery service) in a timely manner.

You can also use the WebMoney billing system where the seller sends the customer a bill. When the client receives a bill, he or she no longer have to enter the amount to pay, the purse number or comments. All they have to do is click "Pay the bill" and WebMoney will be automatically transferred from the customer's purse into the seller’s. The seller will only have to control timely payment of bills. The above integration method works when you process up to dozens of transactions a day and it is expedient to use an administrator rather than get the entire process automated. This method is especially effective to receive payment for online advertising when you seldom have more than 10 sales a day and your webmaster can easily process all payments and place the advertisement on the URL.

Automated payment processing

If you offer a wide range of products and services and have to process a lot of transactions per day, you should automate payment processing by integrating WebMoney interfaces into your website. WMT offer a complex (automated) payment processing method.

This integration option allows complete automation of the entire payment process, thus, excluding operator’s involvement.

Let’s take a detailed look at the following examples:

Example1. Payment via Merchant WebMoney Transfer

Let’s look at the step-by-step process of paying through Merchant Webmoney Transfer in an average online store or online service:

After making an order, the customer will be offered to pay through Merchant WebMoney.
Then, the customer is redirected to the Merchant WebMoney website, where he or she authorizes WM Keeper and pays from his or her WM purse.
The Merchant WebMoney service will notify the seller of the amount received.
Then, the customer is redirected back to the seller’s website to get information on delivery or the service, if it can delivered electronically.

Example 2. Payment processing and delivery of physical goods

Online stores usually use the so-called shopping carts. The typical payment process is as follows:

After making an order, the customer will be offered to choose a payment method. . If you wish to accept WebMoney as payment for products and services, you should add it to the payment methods offered on your website
Then, the store will send a bill to the customer’s WM-ID. The customer will be offered to pay the bill to purchase the chosen product.
The customer will receive and pay the bill.
Then, the store will verify the payment and process the order. At this stage you can allow your customers to go to a separate page to check if their WM was added to the store purse and the order is being processed.

Example 3. Payment processing for online stores that sell digital products (delivery versus payment)

Such stores provide online products that can be downloaded by the customer on the seller’s URL or received by e-mail or even by phone or other communication means that allow transferring information minutes after making the payment. The typical payment process is as follows:

After making an order, the customer will be offered to choose a payment method. If you wish to accept WebMoney as payment for products and services, you should add it to the payment methods offered on your website
Then, the store will send a bill to the customer’s WM-ID. The customer will be offered to pay the bill to purchase the chosen product. The customer will receive delivery information (the link to the webpage where he or she can download the product) instantly after the payment. Thus, the customer start using the product or service right after the payment has been made.
The customer will receive an incoming bill to WM Keeper. After paying the bill, the seller will provide a URL to access the paid product or service.
The store will verify the payment from the customer and will add respective data to its database. The product will be delivered automatically. It can be login and password information, gambling chips in your online casino account, etc.

Authorized payments

You can use authorized payment method to accept payments from your customers. This is how it works: the client authorizes the WMID, who is a provider of a paid service, to manage his or her WM-purse(s). Authorized purse management may include the following transactions:

Sending invoices;
Transferring funds;
Checking the purse balance.

This is a convenient method for service subscribers (newsletters, information bulletins, statistical reports, etc). You only have to authorize the service provider once to manage one of your purses and you won’t have to worry about repeated payments. The service provider will deduct the cost of your subscription from your purse.

To perform authorization clients are required to go to WM secure site (security.wmtransfer.com).

By authorizing another WMID the client authorizes him or her to sign (generate electronic digital signatures) on behalf of the client but with the WMID of the authorized user. Transaction inquiries go through WebMoney XML-interfaces .

Information for legal entities

"Guarantee Agency" LLC in partnership with WebMoney Transfer offers registration of Russian legal persons and entrepreneurs in WebMoney Transfer.

Any Russian legal entity or businessman can become a registered trading company selling their goods and services. They will be able to accept payments in WMR from WebMoney Transfer clients and to transfer their earnings to a bank account. For more information click here: «Guarantee Agency» LLC*.

Ukrainian legal entities or entrepreneurs can register as a trading company and sell their products (service) on the Web. They will be able to accept payments in WMU (WM hryvna title units) from WebMoney Transfer clients and transfer their earnings to a bank account. WM Personal Passport holders can apply fora Merchant's Passport automatically after accepting the "Merchant Certificate Holder Agreement" on the website of the service: Merchant WebMoney Transfer. The Merchant certificate is a variety of the personal certificate and possesses all of its privileges without any limitations.
